Fantic Enduro offers the new XEF 450, a completely new project, the result of the Fantic research and development department, which best sums up the concepts of agility, handling, power distribution and traction of the Yamaha 4-stroke engine.
An enduro bike that boasts power, aggression, performance, versatility and control. The powertrain, ECU, exhaust, phenomenal chassis, together with the care taken in all its components, make the XEF 450 a machine ready to compete in all conditions.
An awesome 450cc 4-stroke
Euro5 homologated, Fantic XEF 450 Enduro is powered by the powerful Yamaha 450cc 4-stroke engine. Torque, power and traction with a great response already from the low end. The gearbox is a 5-speed transmission with Enduro dedicated gearing, allowing you to ride on the roads as well. Also on the XEF 450, the electronic management is entrusted to the Athena-GET control unit, developed by the Fantic Racing Department that has studied functional power management to express on the ground all the characteristics of this powerful single-cylinder. The Arrow exhaust system with an aluminium silencer has allowed a further increase of the value of the Fantic package.
Wiget
XEF 450 is equipped with a dedicated app “WiGET”, available for Android and iOS, using your smartphone you are allowed to customize the control unit parameters managing the advanced ignition map and the carburation map. The perfect solution to always has at your disposal the ideal setup for every type of terrain and every type of environmental condition. You can discover the settings developed by Fantic Racing or create the ideal mapping for your riding style and your needs. You can also read the bike’s hour meter, add service notes, read diagnostics and view engine data in real-time.
Chassis for professional riders
The new XEF 450 is easy and intuitive. Amazing agility in any Enduro terrain, but also a lot of stability in the fast courses. The Yamaha perimeter aluminium frameworks in perfect symbiosis with the Kayaba suspension. The SSS (Speed-Sensitive System) 48mm fork with 310mm travel and Enduro settings calibrated by the Fantic Racing department, adapts to various riding styles, providing performance at the highest level. The Kayaba monoshock (317mm of wheel travel) is separately adjustable for preload, compression and rebound.
Ergonomics developed with Factory Teams
The slim superstructures facilitate movement on the XEF 450, they have been developed to the specs of our factory Enduro riders, guaranteeing an immediate “champion’s feeling”. Front fearing and side panels allow freedom of movement and control of the bike in every situation. The seat features a high-grip cover. The standard LED light headlight to ensure great visibility even at night. The fuel tank, with a capacity of 7.9 litres, guarantees great autonomy. The sump guard and handguards are standard.
