What a privilege to be invited to participate in the Goodwood Festival of Speed this year! As far as motoring events go this is the big one! World famous and attended by celebrities, pro racing drivers/riders and enthusiasts from all over the world! If you want exposure the Goodwood is the place to be.
Partnering with CFMOTO UK and Forster Racing School, Freestyle attended the event with the awesome CFMOTO ZFORCE 1000 Sport EPS!
Forster Racing School were running high-speed off-road passenger rides over the weekend as an added attraction for festival attendees. They had buggies to use provided by Can-Am, Polaris, Rage and with the full support of CFMOTO UK we were happy to be able to add a CFMOTO to the mix, providing the ZFORCE 1000 EPS and Alex as a driver over the four days. After having had a ZFORCE on demo from CFMOTO a few months previous we were already very impressed with it, when we got offered the chance to showcase the vehicle at Goodwood we were very excited to show the world what it could do. Freestyle have worked closely with CFMOTO for the last few years becoming a main dealer for their full range of ATV’s, utility vehicles, sports buggies and most recently motorcycles. CFMOTO ATV’s have become one of our best-selling products and it’s easy to see why. A quality product with great parts and warranty back up at a fraction of the price of other manufacturers on the market. The ZFORCE 1000 Sport is a fully road legal sports buggy with a 1000cc engine providing 80hp. Selectable two and four wheel drive and fully adjustable suspension, it’s a beast!
Alex’s previous racing experience meant that we could put him in the driver’s seat, not just to thrill the guests but also to talk about the ZFORCE 1000 and its features. The rides proved very popular with the team at Forster Racing School completing over 1200 passenger rides during the festival. 300+ of these were completed by Alex in the ZFORCE! People were amazed to see the performance of the vehicle (which is priced considerably cheaper than any of the other buggies on track!) By the end of the weekend not only was the CFMOTO the vehicle that completed the most laps, but it was also the only vehicle not to have a mechanical failure on a track which proved extremely demanding on machines and drivers alike. A big satisfaction for the Freestyle team was that by the last two days the ZFORCE was also lapping faster than any of the other buggies, we didn’t have as much power but as the track cut up and light rain caused slippery conditions, we just engaged four-wheel drive and cracked on. It truly was very impressive.
A big thanks to Forster Racing School & Goodwood for having us and also to CFMOTO for providing the vehicle and comprehensive spares package for the week (even if all we ended up needing was one tyre!) If the chance comes up again, we will be back!
